Released

What’s New

New features

Sender Health — a command centre for your LinkedIn senders

A completely new area of the app that answers one question: are my senders actually working, and which ones need me?

  • Fleet view — every sender in one table with its status, current activity, what's coming next, and a clear flag on the ones that need attention.
  • Per-sender deep dive with four tabs: Overview, Activities, Leads and Health.
  • Conversation funnel — see how outreach becomes connections, connections become conversations, and conversations become deals. Reply outcomes are broken out as Cold / Warm / Hot, and closed deals show win rate.
  • Messaging engine — connections sent, acceptance rate, conversations started and reply rate, with a timeline chart and your top-performing campaigns. Reply rates are now weighted by volume, so a campaign with one reply out of one message no longer shows as "100%".
  • Persona fit — see which of your personas your leads actually match, average fit scores, a full score distribution, and a visual map showing which personas are on or below target. Click any persona to drill into just its leads.
  • LinkedIn limit awareness — days where LinkedIn throttled a sender are marked in amber, so you can tell the difference between "my sender underperformed" and "my sender hit a platform ceiling".
  • Warm-up and schedule at a glance — warm-up state and speed per sender, working hours in both the sender's timezone and yours, and a clear "From agent settings" label when a sender mirrors its agent instead of misleading empty days.
  • Live updates — the dashboard refreshes itself as senders work; no reloading.

Link tracking — know exactly which links your prospects click

  • Resources you share in messages are automatically turned into short tracking links.
  • Click counts appear on each message in the inbox, updating live as prospects click.
  • A click analytics panel shows clicks over time and a world map of where clicks came from.
  • Use your own domain for tracking links, with step-by-step DNS setup instructions and one-click verification.
  • Works across every type of resource in your knowledge base — sales decks, testimonials, booking links, competitor pages and more.
  • Link Type now suggests the common categories as you type, while still letting you create your own.

HubSpot now matches Pipedrive and GoHighLevel

HubSpot has been brought up to full parity: contacts, deals, notes, companies, tasks, calls, emails and meetings all sync, along with pipeline and opportunity syncing and custom field mapping.

Warm-up now finishes by itself

  • See exactly where a sender is in its warm-up and when it will finish.
  • When warm-up completes, it switches itself off and your daily limits settle at safe levels automatically.
  • The sender resumes normal outreach on its own — no manual step, no sender sitting idle after warm-up ends.

Flag conversations for follow-up

A new star in the conversation header lets you mark any conversation as needing follow-up, and filter your inbox down to just those. It's separate from the automatic "Follow-up Scheduled" label, so it's entirely yours to control.

Terminating a conversation is now reversible

Ended a conversation by mistake, or want to bring it back? Terminate is now a toggle — reactivate a single conversation or a whole selection, and it returns to your inbox with its reply status recalculated.

Add senders in bulk from a spreadsheet

Import your senders from a CSV instead of adding them one at a time, including support for AdsPower profiles.

Manage campaigns without reopening the wizard

Key campaign settings — Exclude Not a Fit, Reply Message mode, Nurturing mode and Agent Duplicate Security — are now viewable and editable directly from the campaign's Settings tab.

Write sequences faster

Three new helpers in the sequence instruction editor:

  • No CTA — append a no-call-to-action instruction in one click.
  • Examples — add an examples section in one click.
  • Don't Rewrite — send your message exactly as written, with your original AI instruction safely preserved if you switch back.

Personalise first messages with your own spreadsheet columns

Custom columns from your imported Google Sheet can now be referenced in your initial outreach instructions.

Create and export from the Agent view

The Agent's Campaigns tab now has a Create menu (Campaign or Mission) and a one-click download of that agent's campaign data. You can also export campaign stats across multiple agents at once.

Control which public pages search engines can see

Administrators can now decide, per profile and per company page, whether a public page is indexed by search engines and included in the sitemap.

Improvements

Inbox & conversations

  • The "waiting on your reply" prompt is now an interactive banner that takes you straight to the conversations that need you — and it disappears entirely when you're at zero.
  • A clear divider now marks where automated outreach stopped in a conversation, so you always know which messages are automated and which are manual. The label adapts to why it stopped — "Excluded from campaign" versus "End of automated sequence".
  • Autopilot activity is now visible in the conversation timeline.

Billing

  • The billing page has been redesigned around what you actually need: next billing date, current plan, seats and a clean invoice history with downloadable receipts.
  • Amounts now reflect what you are genuinely charged — including coupons, discounts and legacy pricing — instead of list prices.

Personas & leads

  • Every persona criterion now has a tooltip explaining how it affects your AI lead search: whether it filters leads out, narrows the pool, or only influences ranking.
  • The lead panel now separates campaigns that are active for that specific lead from ones that ended for them, with a clear reason badge on each — Replied, Skipped, Ended, and more — including which campaign blocked them if they were already enrolled elsewhere.
  • Updating a persona now confirms which persona was saved by name.

Senders & settings

  • Daily limit sliders now use consistent, sensible markers, and adapt correctly when an account has lower maximums.
  • The sender menu's View lead profile, View on LinkedIn, Withdraw connection and Delete actions are all fully working.
  • "Reload Profile" is now "Sync profile", with a reminder about when to re-sync.
  • Global administrators can now manage link-tracking settings on agents they don't personally own.

Everywhere else

  • Emojis and personalisation chips now insert where your cursor is, instead of jumping to the start of the message.
  • Forms no longer show a red "Required" error before you've typed anything.
  • Email and phone enrichment now have distinct icons so you can tell them apart at a glance.
  • Long website addresses in Contact Info wrap properly instead of spilling out of the panel.
  • Blacklist wording has been rewritten to be clear on first use, and "skip" is now the plainer "exclude".
  • "Pause New Outreach" now lives inside the Status filter, so campaign filtering is one control instead of two.
  • Sign-up links can pre-fill name and phone number.

Speed

  • Persona and analytics views that previously took several minutes now return in seconds, and repeat visits are near-instant.
  • Chart tooltips — including the click-analytics world map — now appear the moment you hover, instead of after a delay.
  • Background processing of personality analysis, campaign activity and enrichment is substantially faster, meaning fresher data in the app.
  • Reconnecting a LinkedIn account via the browser extension is noticeably quicker.
  • Personality analysis (MBTI) is now generated only for prospects you're actually about to contact, which keeps queues short and results timely.

Trust, privacy & transparency

You can always tell what's AI

  • A consistent, subtle AI marker now appears on every AI-generated output — lead scores, personality insights, draft replies, sequence messages, adaptive microsites and more.
  • The Mind AI chatbot now states clearly that you're speaking with an AI that can make mistakes.
  • The sequence editor shows whether a message was written by AI or by a human.
  • When you set a lead status manually, it is no longer labelled as AI-generated.
  • Sending or regenerating AI replies in bulk now asks you to confirm first, since those messages go out without individual review.

Cookies and tracking

  • A new consent banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies with equal ease, or choose category by category. Nothing is pre-selected.
  • You can review or withdraw your consent at any time from your account settings.
  • Analytics, marketing and support tools only load once you've agreed — and are genuinely shut down if you withdraw.
  • Unused third-party tracking tools have been removed from the product entirely.

For teams using our API

  • Expanded documentation covering team accounts, webhook endpoints, webhook deliveries and campaign contact operations.
  • Rate limits are now documented, with matching response headers so you can handle them programmatically.
  • A new endpoint for adding leads to a lead list directly as JSON.
  • The webhook event list now correctly reflects the events available to your account.
  • Analytics endpoints can be grouped by agent, sender or campaign.

Bug Fixes

CRM syncing

  • Fixed cases where a reply's deal and activity never reached your CRM at all.
  • Eliminated duplicate records being created when a conversation's tag or status changed — which was also causing slow CRM writes and occasional stalls.

Data & imports

  • Fixed a failure that could stop lead list imports from completing.
  • Fixed profile pictures being mismatched on conversations.
  • Fixed pasting LinkedIn account details and importing sender CSVs in certain formats.

Billing & plans

  • Fixed billing totals showing wildly inflated figures that contradicted your actual invoices.
  • Fixed the "Seat limit reached" warning appearing for teams that still had free seats.
  • Fixed plan pricing display issues and invoice-related notifications.

Filters & realtime

  • Fixed filters overwriting each other, so changing one no longer silently resets another.
  • Fixed link click counts briefly disappearing when a conversation updated in real time.
  • Fixed the agent search filter not applying when you arrived from a campaign, and stale searches persisting from previous sessions.

Smaller fixes

  • Fixed the Create Persona panel getting stuck on a loading spinner.
  • You can now select a meeting host who doesn't have a scheduling link configured.
  • Fixed AI Leads Finder and follower lists allowing an empty list to be submitted.
  • Fixed persona AI generation reliability.
  • Removed outdated AI provider names from pricing copy.
  • Fixed a range of chart, layout and loading-state issues across dashboards.

Everything above is live in your account now. If any of it changes how you work — Sender Health and link tracking especially — it is worth a look this week.
