SalesMind AI, operated by SalesMind Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202501751Z, Singapore), uses cookies and similar technologies for the purposes described below. Non-essential cookies are only activated after you provide consent, in compliance with GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive.

Scope: This policy covers our marketing website at sales-mind.ai and the SalesMind AI application at apps.sales-mind.ai. The two have separate consent banners and slightly different cookie sets, so both are described below. Partners who operate the platform under their own brand run their own domains and publish their own cookie policies; this policy does not cover them.

On sales-mind.ai the banner presents three categories: Strictly necessary, Analytics, and Marketing. In the SalesMind AI app it presents four: the same three plus Support (live chat). Strictly necessary cookies are always active; every other category is off by default and only activates after you enable it.

2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

Required for the website and app to function. These cannot be switched off. They include:

• Session and authentication: Maintain your authenticated session and security tokens, including the sign-in token used by the app
• CSRF protection: Prevent cross-site request forgery attacks
• Consent storage: Remember your cookie preferences so we do not ask you repeatedly
• Load balancing: Distribute traffic across our servers for optimal performance
• Preference storage (user-requested): Remember your selected language, your light or dark mode selection, and interface state (e.g., sidebar collapsed/expanded) across visits

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (strictly necessary to deliver the service and preferences you explicitly request). No consent required.

2.2 Analytics Cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors use the website and app so we can improve them, by collecting anonymous, aggregated usage data. On both properties, analytics tags are deployed through Google Tag Manager, which loads only after you have enabled a category that requires it.

• Google Analytics (GA4): Tracks pages visited, time on site, navigation paths, and traffic sources. Data is anonymized (IP anonymization enabled). Retention: 14 months.
• Microsoft Clarity: Provides heatmaps and session recordings to understand user behavior. No personally identifiable information is collected. Retention: 13 months.
• PostHog: Product analytics and conversion funnels. On the website it runs in cookieless, anonymous mode until you make a consent choice; identifying cookies are only set after you enable Analytics.

Legal basis: Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). These cookies are only set after you enable the Analytics category.

2.3 Marketing Cookies

We do not currently set advertising or remarketing cookies on either property. We run no advertising pixels: there are no Meta, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, or Google Ads conversion tags active on our website or in our app. The Marketing category exists so that, if we introduce such cookies in the future, they remain off unless you enable them.

Referral attribution: If you arrive through a partner referral link (a link containing am_id), our affiliate manager sets an am_id cookie on the sales-mind.ai domain so that the partner who referred you can be credited if you sign up. This cookie is set only after you accept cookies through the banner.

Legal basis: Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

2.4 Support Cookies (SalesMind AI app)

We offer a live chat widget (Intercom). Because loading it stores a visitor identifier for around nine months, it is treated as its own category rather than bundled with analytics or marketing:

• In the app, Support is a separate toggle. Intercom is not loaded until you enable Support or explicitly ask to chat with us.
• On the marketing website, the chat widget is deployed through Google Tag Manager and therefore loads once you have accepted cookies.

Legal basis: Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Where you explicitly click to start a chat, the widget is provided as a service you have requested.

When you first visit our website, a cookie consent banner will appear, allowing you to:

• Accept all: Enable all categories of cookies
• Reject all: Only strictly necessary cookies will remain active
• Customize: Toggle the Analytics and Marketing categories individually and save your preferences (strictly necessary cookies are always on and cannot be toggled)

In the SalesMind AI app, the banner works the same way but adds a fourth category, Support, for the live chat widget. In the app you can reopen your cookie preferences at any time from your account settings and change any category, including withdrawing consent. When you withdraw consent, we also delete the first-party cookies belonging to the categories you switched off.

On the website, you can change your decision at any time by deleting this site’s cookies and site data in your browser (see Section 5); the consent banner will reappear on your next visit so you can make a new choice. In addition to our cookie consent mechanism, you can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

• View which cookies are stored on your device
• Block all or specific cookies
• Delete existing cookies
