So, as I'm building it on my own, I realized that it wasn't that complex and that difficult. If you put in some effort to reading the documentation, you follow it properly, you will get it up and running probably in about 2 weeks. Hi everyone.

My name is Ken and I run 3 Private Limited. So, in my region, the solution is currently named Lead Vista. So, the market and region I operate in is Singapore as well as the Southeast Asia region.

So, um before white labeling, I was actually looking for an AI solution that I could develop or probably to white label. And I made the decision to white label instead of building one because I noticed that the AI market is moving tremendously fast and if I were to develop something, I risk um I risk I risk it going obsolete before I go to market. So, looking for a solution that is ready and and and with a team that is strong enough to support the back end was of course my first choice.

And therefore, I end up with Lauren as well as Julian over here. So, yeah, that's that's about how I made my decision to go white label. So, the concerns and hesitations were of course the support as well as the as well as the cost to white label a solution like that.

But, I think Julian has made it um very accommodating and I did face some challenges along the way with my partner and and Julian has been always has always been really really supportive and and and and he did help me along the way as I as I built this uh white label journey.

Um So, the white labeling process was was actually quite okay because uh I had the full support of Julian as well as uh Florence. So, they they they were able to send me detailed step-by-step documents that I just followed. And if you follow the documentation properly, um you you should be able to get it up and running in no time.

Yeah.

Yeah. So, that actually that actually very very nice um feedback that you that you're giving. So, I think what you mentioned is we have been supportive and that that one of the the main thing that I that I heard that was really helping you.

Uh but um what what was the concern that you have before starting the white label with us?

Um the concern initially was that uh that there is there is a cost to to the white labeling and the cost is actually uh is actually not not exactly very low. Um but I mean I was lucky because Julian was able to make some concessions for me and and and we got it going um um along the way. So, so I made some from subscription.

I used the subscription to pay some of the cost here and there and that's how we get things going.

Yeah, I see. And uh and then uh how easy was it for you to launch under your own brand? I think you you already had a challenge where with your partner you had to restart a new complete new a new brand, but um so you have been through the white label two times actually.

[laughter]

So,

um okay, the the the the first time it wasn't that straightforward. Um but to be honest, the first time I wasn't managing it because it was my previous partner managing it. The second time I'm managing it fully and and then I realized that it was not that complicated actually.

My partner was the one that made it really complicated. Probably he didn't put in a lot of time into working it out. So as I'm building it on my own, I realized that it wasn't that complex and that difficult.

If you put in some effort to reading the documentation, you follow it properly, you will get it up and running probably in about 2 weeks. And then of course it really depends on how customized or how integrated you want it to be with your own CRM or your own reseller solution or affiliate solutions. So if you just use the entire suite that Julian has to provide, I think you can get it up and running really really quickly.

So at a point in time I wanted to use my own solutions. So I spent some uh I spent more time in integrating all these things. But the core solution itself is really fast.

I think you could get it up and running in 2 weeks.

Yeah. I think we deliver between 7 to 10 business day and normally you are able to onboard yourself and your client right away after. So it depend of the customization that that you need.

And eventually from what you just shared at the beginning of this call, if we have the documentation white label as well, that will be something we will work on. It will be even faster for for for you.

That's right. And and I think and I think most importantly the software is really simple to use. So what you see is what you get.

All the labelings are done properly. So if you put in a bit of effort to navigate around the software, you will be able to use it. And if you don't know, you just drop them a message and either Julian or Florent will just reply and and teach you how to use it.

Yeah, that's that's very correct. We depend of your success with the white label, so we need to make you successful in a way. So so we make a win-win situation.

Yeah. So in summary, if you are considering SalesMind as your white labeling option, uh go ahead. No problem.

[laughter]

So so so so so is a is a recommendation. Yes, go ahead.

Thank you very much for for that recommendation. So really appreciate that.
