Hi, I'm Julian from SalesMindAI. In this video, I'm going to walk you through how to create a campaign in SalesMind AI step by step. Let's get started.

First, go to the campaigns page and scroll to the bottom. Click the button that says create new campaign. The first step is choosing the profile that will send your messages.

This profile represents the sender identity. Here I'm selecting my profile. Salesmind AI uses your LinkedIn experience to shape the tone and credibility of the outreach.

If the experience doesn't appear, you can click refresh to reload the information. Next, choose your campaign objective. This tells the AI what you are trying to achieve.

For example, you can choose to book meetings, capture contact details, drive traffic to your website, get people to sign up for your application, invite people to an event, or ask prospects to apply for a job. The objective is important because it guides how messages and calls to action are written. Now, add your website URL.

This link helps the AI understand your product or service. It does not need to be a full website. It can be a landing page, a notion page, a Google doc, or any link that explains what you do.

Prospects will never see this link. It is only used by the AI to generate better messages. Next, add your conversion links.

This is the link prospects will use when they take action. If your goal is booking meetings, add your calendar link. If your goal is capturing contact details, you can add a form for traffic, signups, event registrations, or job applications, add the relevant page link, or leave it empty so the AI simply asks a question.

Now we move to engagement and lead handling settings. Here you choose between co-pilot and autopilot. Copilot means the AI drafts replies and you review them before sending.

Autopilot means the AI replies automatically, qualifies leads, and follows up when needed. The system manages lead nurturing for you. You can also enable the adaptive micro site.

This creates a personalized page for each prospect. It helps build trust and improve qualification. The content adapts depending on whether the visitor is a buyer or a seller.

Next are your outreach settings. Here you choose the days and hours when your messages should be sent. You can exclude holidays based on the prospect's country.

You can also add contacts to a blacklist. Now, it's time to import your leads. For now, let's use the AI lead finder.

With AI leader, you define the persona, and our AI finds the best leads for you. You can start with a pre-built persona template or create one from scratch. Using templates is a fast way to define your target leads with proven industry tested profiles.

But if you create your own template, you can specify details like occupation, location, industry, company size, languages spoken, and more. This allows you to build a targeted lead list directly within SalesMind AI. But that's not the only way to import leads.

You can also paste a Sales Navigator search URL. Use LinkedIn people search filters. Import followers from a company page.

Import likes or comments from a LinkedIn post. Import LinkedIn followers. Import attendees from a LinkedIn event.

Upload LinkedIn profile URLs from a Google sheet. Or reuse saved lead lists if you've already created. If you'd like to learn more about each method, I'll leave the links in the description so you can check them out later.

Next, let's build the outreach sequence. SalesMine provides different sequence templates. You can choose templates depending on your strategy or you can create one.

These help you structure your campaign faster and more effectively. Today we will use the suggested sequence auto outbound. Start your sequence with a connection request.

We strongly recommend leaving the message empty because free LinkedIn users only get 10 personalized connection messages per week. So sending an empty request avoids using those limited message credits. It also encourages prospects to visit your profile first.

They discover who you are. They consume your content. They learn how you solve their problem.

By the time your follow-up message arrives, they are more aware and more receptive. After that, add your follow-up messages. A complete sequence usually includes four to six touch points and should be spread across one to three weeks.

Short, natural messages work best. You can write messages yourself or you can use AI to generate them. When using AI, you can preview each message before adding it to the sequence.

In the preview, the profiles you see are sample leads gathered from the searches you did in the previous stage. You may recognize familiar faces here, but keep in mind that sorting and eligibility checks happen later. If a prospect is already in your firstderee network and your sequence starts with a connection request, they will be automatically excluded and will not be contacted.

However, if your sequence does not include a connection request, firstderee connections can still be included and receive messages. Now, let's talk about agent management here. Enable duplicate security.

This is especially important when you manage multiple LinkedIn senders within one agent or across multiple agents. Duplicate security ensures the same prospect is not contacted by more than one sender, preventing overlap and protecting your outreach quality. You can also share the campaign with different agents if needed.

Finally, review and start your campaign. Check the summary page. Everything looks correct.

Give your campaign a name, then click start campaign. If you don't want to start right away and save in the draft, don't worry. Everything you did is already saved automatically.

You don't lose your work at any point during the setup. Once started, the campaign will run based on the schedule and rules you defined. Now you've successfully started a campaign in SalesMine AI on your own.
