How to Invite and Manage Team Members

Hey, are you using salesman as a team? And you're looking for to invite your team members here? Julien, in this video, I will show you how to invite team members in your team from SalesMind, let me show you how.

So here I'm in the menu team, and from this screen, I can add my members in this team named, "New Team. So I go in the member tab here, and on the top right, add new members. And from here, I'm actually able to invite new members.

So, for example, I type the email address of another account I set up which role I want him to have. For example, the role admin only can delete list account or a, campaign from this team. So I put an admin, I add member, and now I see that it has been added there at the bottom of the list, and I can simply save.

And from here, we can see that the invitation is pending. And now let's wait for us to get the email, and then I will show you. How does it look.

Now, you have invited this new team member. What will happen if this person do not have a SalesMind account? He will be invited in this team, and it will only see this team.

Now, if this person already have a SalesMind, account, we will add this team to his account, and he will be able to see what you have shared in this team. So once you invited your collaborator in your team, they will get this email, and from here, they simply have to click on the accept invitation button and they will be automatically added to your team. So here I got the link in the email and I'm just pasting here and that's it.

The invitation has been accepted successfully. So now I can see that this account has access to the new team and then I can see both accounts that have been accepted and in the team. I hope this video was helpful for you.
