because I think my reply ratio is like 90% positive. Some people say no thank you or they see the message like one or two weeks later and then reply. So I think the the reply rate I'm getting is quite high.

Um so yeah it works.

All right. How can I help you today? So our company mountain drop um we do the supplements with illegitim and botanicals and chestnut honey.

Bram outreached me around I think a month and a half ago or two months I don't remember exactly and so happened that he was also in Slovenia uh and we actually met up in person. He explained me everything and then in two weeks we got the program and then after two weeks I started using it and on fourth of July started using it and in 21 days we got in total around 15 to 18 positive replies. Uh we're doing wholesale.

So wholesale takes longer to negotiate. Like it took one person like the first guy to reply positively like have a positive reply. It was on 4th of July.

It took him around 20 days to look all the documents do yada yada yada. And to say that he's interested, he wants to go ahead like buying the products. Uh he still hasn't made an order yet.

But with the wholesale, it takes much longer. So yeah, it took one guy 20 days to some pe to some businesses it takes like one two three months depending papers need to be made but just the feedback we've been getting the interesting people the calls and uh and the countries we were able to outreach to um like it's amazing and and also it's good for us we get feedback from other countries basically saying yeah they like our brand they want to work with us. They see potential with us and they went to resell our products.

Of course, it's not as simple as them ordering the next day and takes a couple of steps before we get to that. Um, but once like even if one order is made, if it's not a big order, the ROI and if it's a long-term partnership is quite high. So, yeah, that that's really it.

and Bram has and has always been really helpful and also the tutorial you sent me how to set up everything uh is amazing. Uh wholesale works kind of differently. They don't really um do the calendarly thing.

So it's mostly in email and then as for send them the specifications la they they read that stuff then we go on a call if needed I explain more of the brand the vision then they do their reviews of the prices la that takes some time and after that is done probably another call to see how we want to work together and after that if that takes like one or two months they finally make an order then it takes like a month for them to start selling food and that's the cycle that just takes some time.

it's exciting to hear to hear everything. Uh I really really enjoy talking with customer where we can deliver a lot of value. So thank you very much for for that feedback.

Uh what were you unable to do before that you wished you you could uh and and and what's now possible for you? Yeah, before we didn't really do any outreach to like specific countries or regions. So, we couldn't target them in a way.

We were just waiting for someone to come along, send us a message, hey, I want to do wholesale for this region, X country, Y, Y, Z, doesn't matter. And and with this we're still outreaching to people and still we appear like what what you don't want in negotiation is to be like desperate hey please buy our products but we still appeal equal to them saying like hey this is our brand uh if you want we can work together or not. Um so yeah we can target specific countries and regions.

I hope Singapore is one of them that uh we already had a call belong woman. Uh and we'll also be selling in the Chinese market uh later on with her if everything goes right. But she's also right now doing research if she can uh sell our products in Singapore because Singapore is mostly it's not like a online market because 80% of people who buy products there do it like in stores retail not really online.

So if that goes through we will be in Singapore also and yeah US is kind of tricky with the wholesale thing because of the tariffs but I'm also probably the most interested people I got which I'm targeting are from the US but it's a great thing because I can go systematically for the entire globe. I say I want to target this this this and this region. Currently I'm target targeting the US, Singapore, South Korea and Australia and New Zealand region and yeah it works like I was really shocked.

I was expecting let's say one or two replies per month and then one time because I use my father's LinkedIn account um I didn't see like five replies because he was opening the messages and then I didn't see them. " Uh, so actually we solved that problem because the inbox in LinkedIn is terrible. Uh, if you go on the inbox on sales mine, you can filter the people by your turn to reply and then everyone here is people that are waiting a reply from you, positive or negative.

but what were your doubt before before doubt or fear before you started with salesmind and what make you say yes anyway

uh well uh the doubt was if people even want to be out outreach to for wholesale uh that was let's say like a limited belief I had and my father also had that limiting belief because uh I don't know if Bram uh how do you correctly say his name?

Bram. Yes. uh he I told him that my father used to pay I don't know some Ukrainians some people doesn't matter uh for outreach and he was paying them quite a lot and they got zero meetings nothing done and so he was thinking he already tried this and was like I doubt this will work and I told him look it's only like 520 euro something like that like it won't kill you so let's try it and I'll do it now because I have experience from doing these things before and yeah and and it just started working.

So that'll actually be a great investment on your side. So what can you tell to someone who is watching us right now and to ensure that taking the next step? How how will you you share your experience quickly?

Yeah. Uh LinkedIn I think is kind of underrated when it comes to like B2B outreach because mostly they do it via Instagram um email cold calling. Cold calling I think in a way is better but that requires a lot more time and it's a lot harder because here with LinkedIn you just send a message and with testing thankfully I didn't have to like test offers what works what doesn't because I think my reply ratio is like 90% positive.

Some people say no thank you or they see the message like one or two weeks later and then reply. So I think the the reply rate I'm getting is quite high. Um so yeah it works phenomenally.

that's what we expect and and then we we're super happy to to hear that. Um if you can explain briefly what was the situation uh before. So you mentioned you were you were relying on people on inbound mainly.

Was that the only thing you've done before?

Well, we we didn't really run ads on wholesalers like find us blah blah. We were just doing marketing and then they send us an email. Hi, I want to sell your brand.

We were like okay nice. And they either send us like via email uh Facebook DMs. Like last time one guy sent from Mongolia, he wants to sell our products in Mongolia.

" Uh so yeah, of course, even if someone sends you like they're interested in selling, it still takes like a month or two to get that going because um yeah, because it takes some time because regulations with food supplements are more tricky because sometimes they require registration. So it takes time but after couple of months if the legis the process for legal stuff is decent and everything is in order then it's time to make money.

Sound great. And last question from my side. How does this situation make you feel so far?

I'm just surprised now that's it. I'm just surprised by the results. Uh, and in a way I'm getting like addicted to checking LinkedIn.

Uh, has someone replied? Is there like a blue message I can reply to?

Cool. Cool. Cool.

Do you use the AI replies a lot?

Um, no. I don't use any AI replies um because uh all the messages I made uh I made them with zero AI um because when I was talking with BM sometimes I could see that AI was a little bit like clumsy. So what I do I just reply and I don't really need because mainly the replies I get yes we're interested uh this is send uh information to this email.

" Okay. Um, probably not the right fit. Okay, bye-bye.

But yeah, so when I send the email, I send them a message. I just sent an email or Yeah. So AI is not really needed.

And so far the template I made myself uh with the help of Brem like works quite well. So no need to change anything and I think the branding does most of the things. So when they click on the profile, they see all of the trust pilot reviews we have and how everything looks and that's when that sells them, you know.

Definitely definitely completely agree. LinkedIn it's a very comprehensive acquisition funnel and the the outbound outlet is one of the first touch point they're getting to but uh but after if they go into your profile and they they understand by themsel what is the value you provide. So, uh, pretty pretty, uh, pretty good to hear.

Yeah, I think I can like read you a quick reply. It was not, uh, a wholesaler wholesaler exactly, but it's someone who does like B2B. Uh, just give me a second.

like so I sent a message and then uh one reply, "Hi Peter, thanks for reaching out and for the quick overview of M uh and for the quick overview of Mountain Drop. I spent some time on your site and the products generally stand out stand out premium positioning, clean formulations and strong social proof. " and then some questions about the market and some holy sort of stuff.

Sound cool. Sound cool. So, thank you very much for for your review.

Uh that's really helpful for us. Really appreciate to to hear what went well. Uh if there is anything that went wrong, um what what would you say?

Um if there anything we need to improve.

Let me check if the um the thing um sales the inbox thing works. Well, one thing which you cannot really help um is like the leads uh because it's then in a way it's the fault of the people who don't have the correct LinkedIn account. Um, but Bram gave me a good idea just not to be that specific and I noticed that he was actually right not to be specific about it.

Of course, I get some random ass people like I got one Aussie asking me how does my brand relate to his and he was he's like a writer. So that does happen. Um, but that's because his LinkedIn account was made for e-commerce basically.

So yeah. Lovely. So if you need any any any time um any other support feel free to reach us out.

We're more than happy to support to support you and to provide as much value as we can. Uh we build the product because we we know that we can connect people. So if you need help anytime, please feel free to let us know.

Okay. Thank you. Sounds good.

Bye.

All right. Amazing. Thank you very much.
