How to Invite & Manage Team Members

This video shows how to invite and manage team members in SalesMind. From the Team menu, you can add members by entering their email, assigning them a role (e.g., Admin), and sending an invitation. Invited members will receive an email with a link to accept. If they don’t yet have a SalesMind account, one will be created for them tied to your team. Once accepted, they can see and collaborate on everything shared in the team.

Accessing the Team Menu 0:13 So here I'm in the menu team, 0:17 and from this screen, 0:19 I can add my members 0:21 in this team named, 0:24 "New Team. 0:25 So I go in the member tab here, Adding New Members 0:29 and on the top right, 0:31 add new members. 0:32 And from here, 0:33 I'm actually able to invite new members. 0:37 So, 0:37 for example, 0:38 I type the email address of another account 0:42 I set up which role I want him to have.
