Please note, while using our LinkedIn Prospecting Automation service, there's a risk that LinkedIn might flag or ban your account. SalesMind AI declines all responsibility in such cases but commits to offering guidance and support in attempting to resolve the issue.

Account Registration and Security

To register an account with SalesMind AI, users can sign up using their email on our website. We've invested in high-security systems to protect your data and account information. Users have the responsibility to ensure that their account information, especially passwords, is kept confidential.

Payments, Renewals, and Refunds

  1. Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card through our payment provider, Stripe.
  2. Subscription Model: Users can subscribe to our service on a monthly or yearly basis. We also offered a Lifetime deal value.
  3. Refund Policy: Refunds are available if:

  5. The refund is requested within the specified 7-day period.
  6. Refunds will not be granted if the software has been used.

All content generated by our AI belongs to SalesMind AI. This includes any updates or derivatives of that content.

Content created from scratch by users within our platform remains the property of the user.

Trademarks, logos, signs and any other content on the site are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code, and more specifically by copyright.

The User requests prior authorization from the site for any reproduction, publication or copy of the various contents.

The User undertakes to use the contents of the site in a strictly private context. Any use of the content for commercial purposes is strictly forbidden.

The User is solely responsible for any content posted online.

The User undertakes not to put any content online that could harm the interests of third parties. Any legal action taken by a third party against the site will be borne by the User.

The User's content may be removed or modified by the site at any time and for any reason. The User receives no justification or notification prior to the deletion or modification of User content.

Disclaimers of Warranties

  1. SalesMind AI provides hypotheses, and while we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee 100% precision in our suggestions.
  2. Connections and integrations, especially with LinkedIn, are subject to limitations outside of our control.
  3. The User therefore agrees not to hold the site liable for the content and resources of these outgoing hypertext links.
  4. Once the LinkedIn account is connected to SalesMind AI, you agree the system perform action on the account behalf

Limitation of Liability

  1. Our liability is capped at the amount the user paid for our service in the last 3 months.

Termination

  1. Accounts may be terminated for violations of our terms or misuse.
  2. Upon termination, user data may be retained, eventually anonymized, and used for product improvement. It will be deleted after a variable period, aligned with our development cycles.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
