SalesMind AI正在為B2B企業打造最先進的AI驅動銷售基礎設施。我們需要一位能夠設計並營運背後行銷引擎的人才。
這不是一個傳統的行銷經理職位。您將設計、建構並營運**AI驅動的系統**,以新創企業的速度產出具備企業級品質的行銷成果——包括內容管線、行銷活動自動化、報告儀表板,以及一個由AI代理依需求產生LinkedIn橫幅、廣告創意、輪播圖、插畫與網站圖片的**Design Factory**。
您以系統而非單一任務的方式思考問題。您建構的每一個工作流程都會被記錄、監控並持續優化。無論是撰寫提示詞(prompt)、設定n8n自動化流程、串接MCP伺服器,或是掌控創意方向,您都能同樣駕輕就熟——因為在這個職位上,系統本身*就是*團隊。
這是一個混合辦公職位,常駐曼谷(通羅)。預設以現場協作為主;遠端工作天數需透過工作成果來爭取。
