## 職位介紹

- 您將負責管理一批簽訂SalesMind AI託管服務合約的客戶，作為主要對接人，對交付成果負責。
- 我們的託管服務客戶委託我們執行其LinkedIn拓展活動、銷售活動與會議創造。您的職責是確保這些成果真正實現：正確設置活動、監控成效、優化未達預期的部分，並讓客戶保持知情與信任。
- 這是一個以交付為核心的職位，考核標準為已預約會議數、活動表現與客戶留存率。

## 工作職責

- 端到端負責一批託管服務客戶的交付工作。
- 設置並管理LinkedIn拓展活動：定位客群、設計訊息序列、進行A/B測試並持續優化。
- 在指定渠道執行並監控行銷活動。
- 管理客戶完整的銷售漏斗——從名單開發到會議預約。
- 達成會議目標：追蹤、彙報並優化以完成配額。
- 主動與客戶溝通——每週更新、成效檢討、策略建議。
- 上報阻礙因素，並與內部團隊（營運、產品、支援）協調，排除交付障礙。

## 任職要求

- 具備客戶管理、客戶成功或B2B銷售交付相關經驗。
- 有LinkedIn拓展或LinkedIn Sales Navigator的實務經驗。
- 能夠端到端執行並優化銷售或行銷活動。
- 結果導向——能夠追蹤自己的業績數據並對結果負責。
- 出色的客戶溝通能力：清晰、專業、主動。
- 有條理、值得信賴——客戶信任您，因為您言出必行。

## 加分項

- 有外呼銷售工具使用經驗（LinkedIn自動化、郵件序列、CRM）。
- 有託管服務或代理機構從業背景。
- 熟悉AI驅動的銷售工具或平台。
- 有與銷售主管或創辦人客戶合作的經驗。
