## 工作内容

- 构建并维护支撑平台后端运行的Python服务、脚本与工具。
- 作为产品工作流自动化的一部分,与第三方API及数据源进行集成。
- 编写干净、经过测试、文档完善的Python代码——这里非常看重正确性与可读性。
- 将AI工具(Claude、MCP Cloud)作为日常协作伙伴,加速开发并提升产出质量。
- 参与代码评审,帮助团队共同提升代码库的质量。

## 我们期望的人才

- 对Python有深厚的兴趣——您在意这门语言本身,而不仅仅是'完成任务'。
- 扎实掌握Python基础知识:类型系统、错误处理、异步编程、打包与测试。
- 出色的代码质量意识——您编写的代码能被他人轻松阅读、维护和扩展。
- 在开发工作流中积极使用AI工具(Claude、Copilot、MCP等)。
- 能够独立工作、主动提出好问题,并在没有持续指导的情况下不断迭代改进。

## 加分项

- 具备REST API、数据管道或后端服务模式相关经验。
- 熟悉N18领域或相关工具。
- 有编写Python测试(pytest、unittest)的经验。
- 对LLM API或AI原生开发模式感兴趣。
