SalesMind AI正在为B2B企业打造最先进的AI驱动销售基础设施。我们需要一位能够设计并运营背后营销引擎的人才。
这不是一个传统的市场营销经理岗位。您将设计、构建并运营**AI驱动的系统**,以初创企业的速度产出达到企业级质量的营销成果——包括内容管线、营销活动自动化、报告仪表盘,以及一个由AI智能体按需生成LinkedIn横幅、广告创意、轮播图、插画和网站图片的**Design Factory**。
您以系统而非单一任务的方式思考问题。您构建的每一个工作流都会被记录、监控并持续优化。无论是撰写提示词(prompt)、配置n8n自动化流程、搭建MCP服务器,还是把控创意方向,您都能同样得心应手——因为在这个岗位上,系统本身*就是*团队。
这是一个混合办公岗位,常驻曼谷(通罗)。默认以现场协作为主;远程办公天数需通过工作成果来争取。
