## 工作内容

- 协助完成每月财务报告与数据核对
- 协助整理和追踪发票、费用与收入数据
- 协助维护财务与业务表现相关的KPI仪表盘
- 识别财务数据中的模式与异常
- 借助AI工具协助简化重复性的财务工作流程
- 为内部相关方准备电子表格和汇总材料
- 与运营团队协作进行预算追踪和成本分析

## 我们期待的你

- 目前就读于会计、财务、工商管理或相关专业
- 熟悉电子表格(Excel/Google Sheets)及基本公式
- 细致认真、条理清晰
- 具备良好的内部沟通与汇报能力
- 对初创公司如何管理财务与运营感兴趣

## 加分项

- 具备基础会计原理知识(借贷记账、对账等)
- 有记账或发票软件使用经验
- 对AI工具和流程自动化感兴趣
