En ja,

meestal, vanuit mijn ervaring, vier of vijf jaar geleden, als bedrijven API's deden, kostte de integratie van een CRM naar de onkostentool of wat dan ook ongeveer 2K, gewoon om dat in gedachten te houden. Ja.

Wow. En dat zit bij ons gewoon in het plan.

Precies. Maar dat is ook iets wat veel enterprise-klanten nodig hebben als ze iets op maat willen. 200 kostte, en als het team die implementatie nog niet had gedaan, gingen de prijzen natuurlijk wat omhoog — het hing ook een beetje af van de software.

Dus je moest kijken hoe de koppelpunten met de software waren. Er was best veel om op te lossen voordat je de deal kon sluiten. En hier draait het gewoon zo.

Dat is ook best indrukwekkend, gefeliciteerd.
