私たちが求めているのは「AIについて知っている」人材ではありません。毎日AIを使って実際に作り上げる人材です。 SalesMind AIのAI Prompt Engineerとして、当社のAI駆動型セールスプラットフォーム全体を支える自動化ワークフローを設計・構築・リリースしていただきます。n8n、JavaScript、MongoDB、API、Webhook、そして大規模言語モデル(ChatGPT、Gemini、GROK)を実際に手を動かして活用し、デモやPoCではなく、本番環境で実際に稼働するパイプラインを作り上げます。 新卒者も歓迎します。重要なのはハングリー精神、スピード、そして自ら手を動かす意欲です。最初のオンボーディング期間である最低1ヶ月間はトンローにフルタイムで出社し、その後ハイブリッド勤務に移行します。
