## 業務内容

- 候補者パイプラインの調整と選考プロセスの進捗管理
- 面接のスケジューリングとロジスティクスのサポート
- 各プラットフォームでの求人情報の維持・改善のサポート
- オンボーディングチェックリストと新入社員ドキュメントの整備サポート
- 採用ファネルレポートと採用指標の作成
- スクリーニング・スケジューリング・ワークフロー自動化のためのAIツールの検証
- キャリアフェアや採用イベントの運営サポート

## 求める人物像

- 人事、組織心理学、または関連分野を専攻中の学生
- 高い組織力とコミュニケーション能力
- スプレッドシートやデジタルツールに抵抗がないこと
- 主体的かつ細部に注意を払い、最後までやり遂げられること
- ピープルオペレーションズやタレントマネジメントへの関心

## 歓迎スキル

- HR管理やイベント運営の経験
